Cooper's Classic American Whiskey

Cooperstown Distillery is committed to creating a “farm to bottle” experience. They make all of their spirits in very small batches using local grains from farms nearby in Upstate New York. This whiskey is created using a classic bourbon mash bill blended with whiskey from American oak barrels that have been charred. It is then finished for three months in French Oak barrels, creating a nice vanilla scent on the nose and palate, with a rich finish.
